We are looking for an Event Planner to strengthen our Banquet & Conventions team.

As an Event Planner you work in the Banquet & Conventions department. The Event Planner deals with selling Banquet Facilities, Rooms and the outlets. You make an inventory of the wishes of the guests and implement them in detail. Are you, can you dot the i’s and cross the t’s and do you have operational insight? Then we would like to invite you for an interview.

Your Tasks

  • Taking and inventorying reservations;
  • Making quotations and/or meeting reports;
  • Creating sheets (playbooks);
  • Operational support for your events;
  • Evaluating meetings;
  • Giving tours;
  • Accounting.


Your Attributes

  • MBO / HBO education;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. German is a plus;
  • Accurate;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Team player;
  • Representative;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.


Salary & Contract

  • In accordance with the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement
  • Function group V
