What will you do?
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the HR Director and HR Officers in day-to-day HR work.
- Participating in personnel processes such as inflow, outflow and transfer.
- Managing vacancies and maintaining correspondence around recruitment and selection.
- Preparing recruitments and updating personnel files.
- Supervising new employees and supporting with payroll.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Studies in HRM, administration or tourism.
- Has a good command of Dutch and English, both written and oral.
- Hospitable, representative and communicatively strong.
- Can work independently and service-oriented within a dynamic environment.
- Is flexibly available, including willingness to work various shifts.
