What will you do?
As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for:
- Actively selling and advising on wines that complement the food experience.
- Managing the wine stock and keeping the wine list up-to-date.
- Providing excellent guest service, including taking orders and serving guests.
- Adhering to and instructing the standards set by the hotel and Michelin.
- Motivating and coaching staff within the team.
Your profile
You meet or mostly master the following points:
- Has experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants, with exceptional knowledge of wines.
- Possesses relevant certifications in wine knowledge.
- Has exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
- Is guest-oriented with an eye for detail and flexible in working days and hours.
- Is representative and a natural leader within the team.
