What will you do?
As a manager in the Front Office, your duties consist of:
- You will be responsible for everything that happens at the Front Office on a day to day basis.
- Administrative tasks such as preparing shift handovers, writing daily reports and taking care of financial administration of your shift.
- Welcoming, checking in and checking out guests.
- Processing payments using the cash register system and the final correct processing of these payments (including maintaining the cash register).
- Monitor and be alert to hotel entrances and security.
- Ensuring correct working practices during the shifts of receptionists, baggage handlers and concierges. Liaise with Housekeeping in relation to guest requests, late departures, day use rooms and early arrivals.
Your profile
You meet or mostly master the following points:
- You already have at least three years of Front Office experience in a five-star hotel.
- You have proven leadership skills.
- You are hospitable, representative, well-mannered and eager to learn.
- You have a good command of English and German (Dutch is not a pre).
- You are willing to work evening and weekend shifts and have no 9 to 5 mentality.
- You have a professional and service-oriented attitude.
