We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Restaurant Latour Team. As Chef de Partie in Restaurant Latour you work in the kitchen of our star restaurant. Restaurant Latour is the prestigious à la carte restaurant of Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin and proud owner of a Michelin star. The restaurant is located on the first floor and offers a sublime view of the sea. The cuisine is French oriented with foreign influences and serves extremely refined dishes.

Your profile
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who:
- Is passionate about high-quality dishes and culinary innovation.
- Is accurate and stress-resistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Has experience in a similar position, preferably in a starred restaurant.
- Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Can be flexibly deployed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
