As Chef de Partie in Restaurant Latour you work in the kitchen of our star restaurant. Restaurant Latour is the prestigious à la carte restaurant of Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin and proud owner of a Michelin star. The restaurant is located on the first floor and offers a sublime view of the sea. The cuisine is French oriented with foreign influences and serves extremely refined dishes.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work independently;
- Preparing dishes according to recipe and planning;
- Assess the ingredients to be used for freshness, shelf life, etc.;
- Supervise the work of the students and trainees; giving directions and checking quality;
- Cleaning the work area and kitchen equipment.
