What will you do during a work week?
You will be responsible for:
- Handling reservation requests through our system.
- Encouraging guests to purchase additional services and products.
- Checking availability and informing guests of opportunities.
- Preparing offers and recording bookings in the reservation system.
- Monitoring options issued and contacting optants to finalise them.
- Handling changes in bookings such as cancellations and transfers.
- Preparing various overviews related to reservations and room turnovers.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who meets or matches the following criteria;
- Hospitable, representative and communicative.
- Speaks excellent Dutch and English, and preferably German.
- Has experience with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Is flexible and does not have a 9 to 5 mentality.
- Motivated and willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
