Tasks and responsibilities as a Sales & Marketing Intern
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing support to the Sales Director and Sales Managers.
- Going along on appointments with minutes.
- Producing quotations and confirmations for our business market.
- Recording Site Inspections and entering data into systems.
- Being responsible for the weekly profile presentation.
- Deploy as host(ess) and provide support in the Banqueting department during large events.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Studies for a college education in hospitality, tourism, marketing or a related field.
- Is hospitable, representative and well-mannered.
- Has communication skills and interacts easily with guests and colleagues.
- Feels at home in a service-oriented environment.
- Is flexible and willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Has a professional and service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Dutch, English and preferably German.
- Has knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Is in possession of a driving licence.
