Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin has been receiving their guests on the beaches of Noordwijk since 1887. The hotel’s rich history has grown to a five-star deluxe hotel with diverse restaurants, bars, and lounges. Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin has a number of event spaces, a Wellness Centre, Health Centre and Heliport, which provides travel for business as well as for leisure guests.

Rooms Division

Front Office, Housekeeping and our Concierge service. These are the departments that work closely with our guests and give the first impression of the hotel. Our co-workers in these departments are social, love a challenge and are passionate about delivering quality to guests. They welcome our guests and help with questions or complaints. They are responsible for making sure the hotel always looks good.

The Rooms Division team are hospitable and service-oriented. They are available to help guest’s wishes come true. For example, they could arrange for gifts in guest’s rooms or book tables at restaurants.

F&B

Does your heart beat faster for creative dishes, excellent wines, and surprising cocktails? Then you are the ideal candidate for one of our restaurants, bars or lounges! Our F&B heroes are creative, and have a passion for quality and service.

Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin has three restaurants: Restaurant Latour, Brasserie La Terrasse, and Breakers Beach House.

Restaurant Latour is our fine-dining restaurant and the proud owner of a Michelin star since 2005. Latour’s team creates the ultimate experience of quality, service, and excellent dishes.

At Brasserie La Terrasse, guests can enjoy lunch and dinner with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a great workspace for creative team players.

Breakers Beach House is Holland’s Beach House. The atmospheric beach house is a place where guests can relax on the beachfront with delicious cuisine. The enthusiastic team helps to create this relaxing atmosphere.

There is plenty of opportunity to show your F&B talents outside of our restaurants.

Behind the scenes

Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin cannot operate without our excellent colleagues in the office. The office consists of a variety of departments such as HR, Sales & Marketing, or Reservations. These colleagues keep the hotel running and work hard to produce results. Behind the scenes, the departments often work with other companies our commercial partners. Gala’s or events are often held for these partners or there are business meetings in one of our 19 meeting rooms. Behind the scenes, our PR & Communications department organized that Davina Michelle’s new music video was filmed in our hotel! This is one of the many examples of what our office departments organize.

Sustainability

Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin invests in different initiatives that work towards a better planet. This is because we believe it is important to leave something greater behind for the next generation. We work with our initiatives by means of the sustainable development goals of the United Nations.

An initiative among our colleagues is our Green Team. Our Green Team consists of a group of representatives, each from different departments, who evaluate what can be better in their own department. They come together each month to discuss their findings and make plans to improve the departments. This way, we can hear first-hand how to improve our company.
