Description of function
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering a fantastic experience to our guests.
- Welcoming and placating guests.
- Supervising, directing, and coaching employees.
- Adhering to hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
- Participating in the execution and keeping an overview of the operational processes.
- Managing stock and preparing financial reports.
- Thinking along in improvements and adjustments in the operation.
