Job description:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of daily operational activities in Brasserie La Terrasse.
  • Acting as the point of contact for both employees and guests.
  • Supervising and managing a team of 10-15 employees.
  • Ensuring an enthusiastic working atmosphere and optimal guest experience.
  • Supporting financial administration and stock management.

Your profile

You meet or mostly master the following points:

  • Possesses relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a manager.
  • Possesses or is willing to obtain catering trade diplomas.
  • Has an MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, German is an advantage.
  • Is enthusiastic, flexible and stress-resistant and radiates this.
