What you will do
As Assistant Manager Reservations, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the daily operations of the Reservations department
- Providing error-free communication to colleagues and guests to provide the best service.
- Improving the quality and efficiency of work within the reservations department
- Inspiring and motivating the team
Your profile
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Hospitable, representative and socially adept, able to work well with both guests and colleagues.
- Is flexible in terms of working hours, including weekend availability.
- Accurate and driven in his/her work, tackling challenges with enthusiasm.
- Can work independently and is stress-resistant.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with a preference for German.
- Familiar with MS Word and Outlook, and willing to work with Infor.
