What you will do
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coaching the breakfast staff.
- Training new colleagues.
- Overseeing compliance with safety regulations, HACCP and working methods.
- Coordinating the work and adjusting when problems arise.
- First-line handling of questions and comments from guests.
Your profile
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Communication skills and easy interaction with both guests and colleagues.
- Has an excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Is an early bird who is naturally service-oriented and representative.
- Is stress-resistant and prioritises correctly in a dynamic working environment.
