Description of function
You will play an important part in the guest’s experience. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 10-15 Housekeeping staff.
- Assigning tasks, giving directions and instructions, and monitoring quality and productivity.
- Supervising and training new employees.
- Managing time registration and access keys.
- Assisting in cleaning maintenance.
