The confidential counsellor

Our confidential counsellor provides a safe, confidential space where everything can be discussed, including private issues. The confidential counsellor is there for:

• Support with reports or situations around undesirable or transgressive behaviour.
• Help with concerns or problems, both in the workplace and with personal issues.
• Counselling in sensitive and confidential situations.

The confidential counsellor listens, guides and thinks with you, always in confidence and only with your consent in taking any follow-up steps.

The business coach is there to support and guide you in your personal or professional development. Together, we look for solutions, growth and concrete steps forward. The business coach helps you with:

• Guidance on personal or work-related concerns and challenges.
