What will you be doing?
As our Assistant Breakfast Manager, your duties consist of:
- Managing the breakfast staff
- Coaching and motivating the employees
- Co-selecting new breakfast employees, providing internal training and education, assessing breakfast employees
- Supervising compliance with regulations in the field of safety, HACCP and working and presentation methods
- Coordinating the work
- Correcting problems, taking care of and dealing with questions and remarks of guests in the first line
